Considerations for Insurance clients: It is recommended that clients reach out to their insurance company to confirm the following:

• Is my provider in network with my health insurance plan?
• What is my copay for outpatient mental health visits?
• Is this coverage applicable before I meet my deductible?
• What is my deductible and how much has been met?
• How many outpatient sessions are covered per year?
• Do I need a referral from my PCP?

***Note that to work with insurance, providers must assign a mental health diagnosis, which will appear on your medical record.

Cancellation policy: Clients are asked to provide at least 24-hour notice if they need to cancel a session. In cases of late cancellation/missed sessions, clients will be charged half of the regular session fee ($75), which cannot be billed to insurance.
